9a99 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the 9a99 website accessible at https://9a99.io, including all associated pages, games, betting markets, and services offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player upon successful completion of the 9a99 registration process.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 9a99 Platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds separately identified as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, deposit match credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account on the 9a99 Platform, or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

2.2 These Terms apply to all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any future product categories added to the Platform.

2.3 9a99 may publish supplementary terms specific to individual promotions, game categories, or tournaments. Where supplementary terms conflict with these general Terms, the supplementary terms shall take precedence for the specific matter to which they relate.

2.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for reference purposes, the English version shall be the authoritative and binding version.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the 9a99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or employee of any organisation for the purpose of placing bets;
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended 9a99 Account;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 9a99 or any of its affiliated companies or service providers;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.

3.2 9a99 reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension until verification is complete.

3.3 9a99 may, at its sole discretion, decline to register or may close the Account of any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this Section, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each Player may hold exactly one Account on the 9a99 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct.

4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any other person. 9a99 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 9a99 support immediately via the live chat function on the Platform. 9a99 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification.

4.5 9a99 reserves the right to require additional verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All financial transactions on the 9a99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits are published in the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method.

5.2 9a99 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other bank transfer options may be available subject to availability and verification requirements.

5.3 Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Where a deposit is delayed, players should contact support with the transaction reference number. 9a99 does not accept liability for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing systems.

5.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. 9a99 may request Verification Documents before releasing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays.

5.5 All funds deposited into a 9a99 Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.6 9a99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears unusual, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. Failure to cooperate with such requests may result in the Account being suspended and the relevant funds being frozen.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 9a99 offers various promotions and bonuses to Players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, Wagering Requirements, time limits, and game restrictions — are published alongside the relevant promotion on the Platform.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are used after real-money funds have been depleted;
• Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount unless a different requirement is stated;
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified for the promotion;
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, after Wagering Requirements are satisfied, may be withdrawn;
• 9a99 reserves the right to withdraw Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement within the specified time limit.

6.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, exploiting loopholes, coordinated group wagering, or any other strategy designed to derive guaranteed profit from bonus funds — will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts closed.

6.4 9a99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the 9a99 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game category. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within each respective section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

7.2 A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 9a99 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed by the system — whether due to connectivity issues, platform errors, or other technical reasons — are not considered valid and carry no payout obligation.

7.3 9a99 reserves the right to void any bet, or to limit the maximum stake on any market, at its absolute discretion. Grounds for voiding may include, but are not limited to: data feed errors, manifest pricing errors, match-fixing suspicions, or market integrity concerns.

7.4 In-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time during a live event. 9a99 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension during a live event.

7.5 In the event that a cricket match, sporting event, or casino game session is interrupted by Force Majeure, 9a99 reserves the right to settle or void affected bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. 9a99's decision in such matters is final.

7.6 For cricket betting specifically, standard ICC playing conditions apply unless otherwise stated. Matches abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result under the applicable rules will generally be treated as void, unless settlement rules for the specific market state otherwise.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

8.1 9a99 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and integrity-driven environment for all Players. The following activities are classified as Prohibited Conduct and are strictly forbidden on the Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses;
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or abuse bonus systems;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such errors must be reported to support immediately;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use 9a99 as a vehicle for processing funds derived from illegal activities;
• Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of another person;
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to lock in guaranteed profits across multiple operators or markets;
• Any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Any conduct that 9a99 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform's integrity or to the experience of other Players.

8.2 9a99 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously across all account activity. Players suspected of Prohibited Conduct may have their Accounts suspended immediately and without prior warning while an investigation is conducted.

8.3 Where Prohibited Conduct is confirmed, 9a99 may void all bets placed, forfeit all winnings and bonus funds, close the Account permanently, and retain any deposits at its discretion where permitted by applicable law.

9 Privacy & Data

9.1 9a99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://9a99.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 9a99 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 9a99 cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.3 9a99 will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9a99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

11.2 9a99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.3 9a99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Force Majeure events, including internet infrastructure failures, mobile network outages, or any disruption to third-party payment services such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

11.4 In no event shall 9a99's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

12.1 You may close your 9a99 Account at any time by contacting support via the live chat function. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied and no outstanding Prohibited Conduct investigation being open.

12.2 9a99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Confirmed or suspected Prohibited Conduct;
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months or more;
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory directive, or court instruction requiring closure;
• Any other circumstance where 9a99 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued Account operation poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other Players.

12.3 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, 9a99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 9a99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

13.2 Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated in the amendment notice. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, 9a99 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via a notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

13.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

14.2 You may also contact 9a99 by email at the address published on the Platform's Contact & Support section. Email responses are provided within 48 hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

14.3 9a99 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a complaint requires further investigation, 9a99 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a resolution timeline.

14.4 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of online gaming law applicable in the jurisdiction in which 9a99 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through the complaints procedure in this Section shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
